Frequently asked

Do I need a paid plan to use a Radio?

Every Crestline Radio comes with a 90-day free trial on the matching Radio Owner tier. After that, the monthly plan continues your access; without it the Radio still works on public channels.

Do I need a Radio to use a team channel?

No. A team channel works from any device that has a passkey — Radios or the web app. Your team admin shares the passkey with the people you want on the channel.

How many channels does a team get?

One private channel per team is included with the Team plan — that's the right shape for most race-team setups, where the whole crew is on one channel together. Multi-channel support (separate practice / event / pit-only channels) is coming as a paid add-on.
